On behalf of our client we toured this exquisite property at 1 Lex. Our friend Monica Rittersporn, a SVP at Corcoran features the listing here. Take a walk through the past to a time (likely 40 years ago) when saturated colors and graphic wallcoverings were all the rage. A total fixer-upper but with amazing potential, we were so enchanted with this space and its pre-war details that we had to put our design ideas on paper.
